Can I pick up my items?

Sorry, pick-up is not available in our store.

When can I receive my items?

Items will be shipped via AUS Post the same day or next business day after cleared payment. Items usually take 1-4 days transit. It depends on your postal address.

I have paid by bank transfer, have you received?

For bank transfer, it usually takes 24-48 hours for the payment to be cleared. If you paid by transfer but we still haven't received it yet, please contact us with this detail: 1) When did you pay? 2) How much did you pay? 3) What's the reference message you have left?

Can I return my item?

If you aren't satisfied with our products you bought, please contact us to solve the problem for you. Returning is accepted during 7 days after the buyer receives the items, as long as items are not washed, not used and packed as the original.

 

I have paid and the items have been sent for a long while, but I still haven't received my items, what can I do?

If this, please contact us for a tracking number. ( Please ensure your postal address is correct before you buy )
